Let’s Make a Difference

This one goes out to all the hardworking people of all ages that have been putting in work this year. Team Hammer is more than just wrestling. It’s a community of people that come together and motivate each other to keep pushing our minds and bodies. Not to win medals.…because those don’t hold any real value and most of the kids just throw those in shoe boxes these days 😂. But we do it because it’s fun to see what we’re capable of, and then it’s fun to see if we can beat last week’s effort or PR. And ultimately, it’s fun because as we get older and young athletes come into the room, they see that this is a lifestyle for everybody. That older leaders are role models for the next generation. There’s always work to be done and new goals to set. These kids will model their behavior and attitudes for the rest of their lives based off of what they see when they’re young. So if you want to make a real difference in your community and in yourself, show up and let’s do some work.

Maybe you’ll be the one to change someone’s life the way us coaches had someone that changed ours when we were younger.
