The Grind

Just wanted to share some fun updates before the pre-holiday fun times. These kids are absolutely grinding their way through this season so far. We are so proud of their work ethic and motivation. They are always looking to improve and trying to wrestle the hard kids or beat their friends in reps in the weight room or during sprints.

These are long-term championship attributes. There's a lot of season left. So keep learning. Keep grinding!!!

P.S. they also begged me to put that 9-person cradle up. They're calling it the "mega cradle"
